Shipping & Returns

All returned items must be approved before shipping back. You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your item for a refund and ship back within 30 days.

ALL ITEMS MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS FOR RETURN APPROVAL

1. Items must be in UNUSED condition with tags attached

2. Items must not show bite marks, dog hair or dirt

3. Apparel must have been worn and tried indoors only, clean, undamaged, and with tags.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

1. Items returned to us that do not meet the above criteria WILL NOT be refunded. If we receive products that are used and dirty, we reserve the right to return them to you at your cost.

2. Defective items that do not meet the above criteria will be refunded.

3.  All items must be returned with  original packaging, tags, and all contents in like-new condition.

4.  We will accept returns of the FIRST PURCHASE of a canister size Extreme Canine nutritional supplement if unsatisfied with the product even if opened. We will not accept any returns for 10lb pail sized supplement, so please purchase a small canister size if you wish to try the product.

5. Sale items of over 30% off and Clearance are not eligible for return.

SHIPPING COSTS

1. WDD is not responsible for shipping costs for returned items.

2. After 30 days, any issue with returns or defects of electronic products should be directed to the manufacturer. WDD is not responsible for shipping costs to the manufacturer.

3. WDD is not responsible for returned items lost in transit. We recommend you ship your returns with tracking numbers and email the tracking number to orders@petgenix.com.

REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED WITHIN 7 DAYS AFTER WE RECEIVE THE ITEM PROVIDED THAT THE RETURNED ITEMS ARE FOUND TO MEET THE ABOVE CONDITIONS AFTER INSPECTION.
